The advanced microcement wall kit. One super-fine grade for a smooth finish on a wall you stand close to. In a bathroom it’s the finish that goes over your waterproofing.
What it is and where it goes.
X-Micro is a cement-based coating you trowel on by hand in thin passes. It sets as one skin a millimetre or two thick, no grout, no joins. It takes its strength from the wall underneath, so the prep matters more than the trowelling.
X-Micro is our advanced microcement for walls. One grade, super fine: the finer the grain, the smoother the wall, and this is the smoothest. Sealed, it looks like hand-trowelled plaster or honed stone, with soft clouding from the blade. Matt or satin depends on the sealer.
It’s for walls. Living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, the front of an island, and bathrooms once the waterproofing is done and signed off. It’s thin, so it goes over what’s there: plasterboard, render, concrete, tiles.

You’ll also need a mixing drill and a drop sheet. It comes ready to use. No powder, no resin. The drill is for stirring the tub back to an even mix before you start.
